Partner relationships

Moundi maintains commercial relationships with the following types of partners:

Tax filing partners (e.g. Marosa, Avalara Advisory)

Referral commission, typically 10–15% of the partner's first-year fees, paid by the partner. Does not increase your cost. The partner is chosen by you, not by Moundi.

Infrastructure partners (e.g. Modulr, Wise, Persona)

Moundi pays them per-transaction or per-verification fees. We do not receive commission.

Registered agent partners (e.g. Northwest, CT Corporation)

Pass-through pricing or referral commission depending on the relationship. Disclosed at the point of engagement.
